Requirements
- Master's degree holder who has served as Lecturer II or equivalent for three years
- Minimum of four years teaching experience and at least 16 admissible publication points, or recognised higher professional postgraduate fellowship where applicable
- Good conduct and demeanour in line with the University code of conduct
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in Political History, English Language/Literature, Philosophy, Political Science, Business Management or Geography
